Yes, ANYTHING is possible...

Yes, ANYTHING is possible.. but the keyword being possible. Technology these days gives us plenty of options... transferring from one account to another.. in your own bank AND to another bank.. Some banks I know of .. have an "external transfer".. this is a transfer to an account in another bank.. but you have to go through a test procedure first .. to make sure .. and totally link both accounts.. then any transfer after that takes three (3) business days to complete. So yes, it is possible with some banks. Credit, debit, charge, deposit, withdrawl.. all important money words and should be treated as such. Its good to learn the value of earning your own money and managing it too... everyone needs credit these days but it is so very important to learn not to take advantage of it.. you then end up with paying interest (extra money charged to you for keeping a balance) on credit cards, late fees, the list goes on. So basically its better to first ... say to yourself, "Do I really need this??? or Do I just want it??" and then if you don't have the cash to pay for it most likely its better just to wait till you do. If you use credit.. try to give yourself a reasonable limit that YOU know you can abide by. If, not most likely down the road you will be paying twice as much... and maybe not really appreciating that item. Just be sensible in your purchases and make sure the item is priced for what its worth.

Learning the value of a dollar is a very important lesson in life.. but one that can be fun and dangerous at the same time. Sometimes it is very difficult for parent too... to know when enough is enough. We all want our children to have the best and more than what we had... but it can easily get carried away.. we have to say to ourselves... do they really need this item.. ??? do they just want it.. AND if we give it to them, how long will they really and truly appreciate the item and what it took to get it?

I guess my best advice is "think before you spend!!" Just me thinking of you!!

Yes we all know the known saying all good things come to those who wait...... but as you said it is extremely hard to wait!!!  But I have learned through these times that yes, money does not grow on trees!!  So when I am able to work for my own money I have to be able to budget money more wisely... including when I get a debit card I have to put money in the bank in order to use it!! Which will probably be a challenge for me, I have to admit!! :)  Now I know your not the best at math and banking and stuff like that but I have a question about it!!  I asked you the other day when we were at the bank you were asking the teller to transfer money to a different account... well I know this doesn't seem possible but is it possible to transfer money to another bank account at a different bank???  So say you have a bank account at Kuku blue banks and you want to transfer money to our other account at Lala purple banks?? Its probably not possible but it won't hurt to ask!!

O just went to go to the mail box to get my mail..... not for you, not for you, not for you, o I found one its for you!!

Well, my dear...

As it goes in life, there are many things we want. It could be anything from a nice dinner, a day off, free time...better hair, less wrinkles.. or even a convertible Mini Cooper.. but all things are given to us for a reason.. and are meant for a reason... what reasons we have for wanting something or why we REALLY NEED something.. the response "We'll see..." could mean many things... I believe most kids and most adults put way too much emphasis on material things these days. Most of us parents try our best to give our children all the things that we didn't grow up with.... within reason. Too much too fast .. doesn't work well either. I know that sounds lame ... but as in the same thing I was told by my own parents... "Money doesn't grow on trees." We all must appreciate what we have ... down to the basics.. something to eat, nice place to sleep, great clothes to wear, a beautiful home to live in, cute puppies to keep our feet warm at the end of the bed and to cuddle with, lots of electronic gadgets to keep us busy. Yes, I understand would always like to have the latest updated phone.. and its really hard to wait.. I know because I have waited for special things too.. but one thing I've learned through my almost 50 years on the planet, that everything comes in time, there's timing in everything ... we all have to learn patience... and understanding.. you never know... if we really have to wait for something.. it could very well possibly be a "BETTER THING"... a better version, a better color, just something EVEN BETTER. SO dear, if you find yourself waiting for something that we really believe we must have right away... and you get a "We'll see"... we parents may have our own personal reason... but try and be patient... if we could get it for you right away, for the most part we would... but if that "We'll see" pops up try and remember that at least its not a "No" .. its just that there is a better time in the near future. More importantly, we love you... and we always try to give you our best. Sleep well..

Hey its the Wonderful Daughter speaking......

Yes there was plenty of questions in my mind on how to cook, clean, art etc.
But I always make sure that I am completely honest with you! Which I am. I tell you everything that goes on in my life because you are a huge chunk of my life. So, say my life is a big fat chocolate chip cookie...... I eat a little triangle of the cookie= my social life.... I eat a good size square of the cookie=school/education......... and the rest of the cookie is you!! Every girl/boy should include their Mom/Dad in their life or even both!!!!!!! What I don't understand is that when a girl/boy wants something in particular and they want it right away.... and the parent responds, "We'll see"... what does that actually mean???? I mean "we'll see" what kind of answer is that????
And would you have anything to ask me.... computer..phone...etc??

OMG the phone is ringing...
Its for you!!

Lots to talk about...

Lets talk... wasn't there ever a time where you wanted to ASK your Mom something... but were either embarrassed or afraid to ask??? Well, maybe not so much embarrassed ... maybe just really curious?? Like, when was the first time you were really afraid??? or... Who did you think was a really cute celebrity when you were my age?? or When was the first time you knew you were in big trouble ... and were afraid your Mom was going to "find out??" What was your favorite movie?? Well, in this day and age ... we should be open and honest.. but just be able to talk to one another... about anything from cooking, crafting... to life experiences... & expectations... I think back now and think of alot of questions I might want to ask my Mom.. but if I knew then what I know now... I probably would have been able to give her my opinion on things... but like they say that was then and this is now... kind of like the movie my daughter and I really liked to watch "Now and Then" with Demi Moore, Rosie O'Donnell, Melanie Griffin... I enjoyed the narration.. of the movie.... where Demi was explaining her thoughts but you were watching her in her life as a teenager...

Some of us grew up with Moms.. that either weren't home alot... and had to work... or they felt that you were just not grown up to handle certain subjects.. or to handle certain daily tasks... I always thought it was fun to learn things about household chores... cooking... and doing things that just made me feel more "grown up." Even when I learned how to make a grilled cheese on my own.. I thought that was like I was really doing something important... anyway... all of this should be about having fun with each other.. and learning from each other.

Sooooo lets talk about stuff...!!
